Christina Schröck, LL.M.
Christina Schröck advises national and international clients on various questions of food and competition law. Her focus lies on issues such as labelling, especially with regard to health claims, contact materials as well as competition and trademark law. Furthermore, Ms Schröck will gladly assist you with drafting and reviewing contracts. She advises in German and English.
Christina Schröck studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a focus on Intellectual Property and Competition law. After her clerkship and an employment at a German corporate law firm in Munich, she completed her LL.M. at the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom). Her studies abroad centred around digital applications of Intellectual Property. She wrote her dissertation on copyright protection of dance and choreography in video games.
Additionally, Ms. Schröck was an editorial member of the student law journal rescriptum during her studies in Munich as well as an active contributor to the student magazine QMUnicate in Glasgow and published various articles in this context.
